On each side of the river is the tree of life, bearing twelve kinds of fruit, with each month yielding its own fruit. 6 Then the angel said to me, “These words are trustworthy and true. The Lord, the God of the †spirits of the 𝔐C,K [62.3%] ¦ holy 𝔐A TR [25.6%] ¦ spirits of the holy MSS [7%]spirits of the prophets, has sent his angel ‡to show his servants 𝔐A,C [64.8%] ¦ to teach his servants MSS [5.5%] ¦ — 𝔐K [22.6%] {Note: This is a clear error of omission in 𝔐K.}to show his servants what must soon take place.

7 “Behold, I am coming quickly. Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book.”

8 I, John, am the one who §heard and saw these things 𝔐C,K [54.8%] ¦ saw and heard these things 𝔐A [35.5%] ¦ saw these things and heard them TR [2.5%]heard and saw these things. 10 Then he said to me, “Do not seal up the words of the prophecy of this book, for the time is near. 11 Let the evildoer still do evil, and the filthy still be filthy, and the righteous still ‡do right 𝔐A,C,K [82.7%] ¦ be righteous TR [9.1%] ¦ {omit and the righteous still do right} MSS [5.6%]do right, and the holy still be holy.”

12 “Behold, I am coming quickly, and my reward is with me, to repay each person according to their works. 13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, §the first and the last, the beginning and the end 𝔐K [48.5%] • ANT [1%] ¦ the beginning and the end, the first and the last 𝔐A,C PCK TR [40%]the first and the last, the beginning and the end.”

14 Blessed are those who *keep God's commandments 𝔐A,C,K [88.3%] ¦ wash their robes CT [6.6%] {Note: The main Greek text literally reads do his commandments.}keep God's commandments, so that they may have the right to the tree of life and may enter the city by its gates. 15 Outside are the dogs, the sorcerers, the fornicators, the murderers, the idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices falsehood.

16 “I, Jesus, have sent my angel to testify to you about these things for the churches. I am the root and offspring of David, the bright morning star.”

17 The Spirit and the bride say, “Come.” Let anyone who hears say, “Come.” Let anyone who is thirsty come. And let anyone who wishes to do so take the water of life freely.
